Very nice sturdy exercise machine! It’s comfortable to sit on, and easy on your joints. I also like that you can sit your iPad there and watch something. It makes the time go faster.

Why is this for 30 to 40” inseam? Why not made for shorter people? How many people are 40” inseam? You have justPhil lost a customer. I’m 6’ tall and 30” inseam.

The bolt holding the foot plate to the machine continues to work its way off on both sides I check it before I start and tighten it but I can't get thru 10 minutes before it falls off

Like everything about the bike except. I'm short and ordered the appropriate bike but the handles are not adjustable and my arms hit the seat as they work with the feet.

This is a great workout machine for people experiencing knee or shoulder stiffness. Very low impact but an intense workout. Love it!

It is comfortable, easy adjustments and movement is smooth. Foot straps hit body of machine if straps are not tight. Overall very good bike.

I love the cross trainer. I get a great workout and it’s easy on my knees. However, I’ve had my machine for a year, used it almost everyday and the parts have worn down, which is to be expected. Unfortunately, Sunny doesn’t have any relationships with firms that can service their equipment. The onus is on you to service your machine. I had to order special tools to take the machine apart in order to diagnose. I have no idea what I’m looking at and don’t know what I’m supposed to look at to diagnose. One thing that’s apparent is the belt is worn. As I look at the machine, there’s no easy way to replace it.

Sturdy, comfortable, easy to use. We are in our 70s and stability is a big issue. This equipment allows us to exercise comfortably without worrying about stumbling or falling. Now using for a 10-15 minute gentle ride twice a day and looking forward to building to more challenging levels.
