One really nice quality piece of machinery! Quiet when exercising and a joy to ride! Used by myself and my wife. I am 81 and my wife is 78. It is the perfect way for us to keep moving as we age! I put it together myself, it is pretty straight forward and fair easy to assemble. The instructions are a little small in print so take note!

Works okay for an overpriced stationary bike but it's no eliptical. The monitor is a dim piece of junk that has no off setting (battery won't last) & the instructions for it are poorly written. If it wasn't such a pain in the butt to rebox I'd be sending it back.

I would give it a zero if it would allow me. The box was damaged when delivered, it was a struggle getting it inside our home because it is so big and extremely heavy. Upon finally opening the box, the nuts and bolts were scattered inside. When we tried to remove what few pieces that were attached to the cardboard, it would tear and remove the numbers to the pieces. The instructions are horrible to read, very small print and not easy to follow. I called Sam's Customer Service and they were no help at all. I was told if I returned it I would need to get a box and set up an appointment to have it picked up. Would never buy a product from this company again or from Sam's.

Liking the bike so far. I'm going to have a total knee replacement in a couple of weeks and I'm sure this bike will be helpful in helping me get my full range of motion back.

It took me awhile to assemble it because I don't have patient to read the instructions; therefore, I looked it up in the computer how to assemble it and it helped me out. however, I am so happy with the machine; after I was done with putting it together, I tested it. I loved it!!!! I can do my own work out in my house.

After reviewing several different products I selected this machine and love it! It was alot of work to put together, but the instructions were well written and illustrated. The only complaint was I wish the illustrations were larger as they were difficult to see. Ive been using the machine every day with the app and couldn't be happier with my purchase!

This is a great workout machine for people experiencing knee or shoulder stiffness. Very low impact but an intense workout. Love it!

It is comfortable, easy adjustments and movement is smooth. Foot straps hit body of machine if straps are not tight. Overall very good bike.

This was easy assembly. All parts and hardware were labeled. Just follow steps. This gives a great workout for legs and arms.
