Like many others, I too do not like the smell of this tide anymore. When I stopped smoking, 25 years ago, my gift to myself was to buy Tide and make my clothes smell wonderful. This new scent is a very harsh smell. I do hope and pray that you will return the original scent.

My family has used Tide for years. We loved the Touch of Downy April Fresh smell. It was light and pleasant, and everyone liked it. Now the new scent is horrible. Unfortunately, we have stopped buying it because it caused headaches and breathing problems. Really miss the old Tide we were used to. Please bring back the old scent!!

I love this detergent for my baby's items! I originally was using the Dreft baby detergent but it was just wayyy to expensive... this one works great in removing stains but doesn't have any insane chemicals or fragrances. My son hasn't had any sort of irritation with this and it leaves his clothes very soft.

This product did not leave behind any residue either whereas I've had other pods do in past. Like and will be a staple in my home.

The scent smells so good when I wear my clothes after use. My towels are so clean and fresh, also. The soap is gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. Thus is great for sensitive skin. I would recommend this to my friends and family. I like that it doesn't contain dyes and perfumes.

I knew they changed the scent and I did not like the new scent and I had quit buying it Recently I was cleaning out my Dads home and came across an old bottle in the cupboard. Wow what a find, this bottle smelled wonderful even after several years, I used the detergent and my clothes smelled as great as I remembered from years ago. Sure wish they would bring back the old April fresh Scent. It is so frustrating when you are used to using a product for years and they go and change it. Do they even realize how many customers they have alienated when they do this cost-cutting crap?

I am a tide/downy junkie. When the downy balls came out years ago I was sure they were made just for me. My family has been in the restaurant business and my son worked the saute' area and his co-workers would say "your mom does your laundry because we can smell the downy and your chef coats are always so white. Will she do ours?" What a compliment! Love the products and can always tell if they have been used in other places!!! My grown children and grandson always want me to do the laundry. Not sure if this is a blessing or if they really like the difference.

the vanilla & lavender was the best. the lavender by itself doesn't smell half as good. when using vanilla & lavender simple pleasures my migraines occurrences slowed down. now with the lavender only my migraines are coming back more often. downy also switched to lavender only and it smells just as bad. please bring simple pleasures back. vanilla & lavender. thank you
