The brown box contained 12 cartons with 4 batteries each in them. The cartons also have no date. I have no idea if they'll work, if so how long the expectations are, etc.

It seems I am changing the battery in my mouse more often with these although I don't seem to be having the leaking/corrosion problem the last couple times i bought the other name brand.

They Don't last very long and when I test them from my Good Battery Tester they show just below the Yellow ? mark Line. In other words Barely if at all, in the Green. Green meaning batteries are good and these are Poor. I have had to throw out a Number of them in a bag for Recycling so I will not be buying anymore of these Energizer Max Batteries from Sam's Club because it's a Big Waste of my Money. It's a Shame that Energizer continues to supply Sam's Club with these poor excuse of a Energizer Max Battery.I purchsed this 48 pack of AA and also a 48
