[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Treadmill is compact and quite while being operated. The incline has one the smoothest/quietest increases I have ever heard from a treadmill. Both walking and running did not cause my bad knees any pain. The handler bars were a little low for my liking, but the ability to change the incline and the speed from there was pretty cool.

First off, it’s surprisingly quiet compared to others I’ve used, which makes a big difference when you're trying to focus on your workout or not disturb anyone else. Also, the walking belt feels super comfortable to walk on - it has a softer cushioning, which is great for those longer sessions. And the lights, Love the lights! They definitely add a nice touch of fun and flair to the whole experience. Overall, it makes working out feel a bit more exciting! It makes me want to work out and it doesn't feel like a chore.

As a beginner, I was somewhat scared that this machine would not be a good fit for me. I could not have been more wrong! The Treadmill has several preset settings for low-intensity, and I have found those to be great for building my stamina. The running pad is plenty big enough for me (5'11" & 215lbs) and genuinely feels great to run on. I could not recommend the Stride RCX Treadmill more. If you are on the fence, my advise is, GO FOR IT!

I love the how smooth the tread is. The shock absorption is really good. The controls by your hands are also really convenient. And the cherry on top? It folds up to put against a wall or under a bed so my home doesn’t always have to look like a gym!
