Junk!!!!!

Absolute junk. First two weeks was awesome. Then the subwoofer kept cutting in and out. Updated firmware like Vizio said and now it doesn’t recognize subwoofer. And Vizio customer service? Impossible to get a hold off. So I’m stuck with junk. Don’t buy Visio

Downgrade compared to my old, cheap Vizio V-Series

My previous ~$180 5.1 Vizio sound bar crapped out after 3 years. I bought this M-Series @$250, vs the lower ~$180 V model on the shelfs as of May 2023. So for what it's worth, this should be an UPGRADE to my prior system. This sound bar is WORSE than my old Vizio sound bar. My wife used to get mad about how much base and subwoofer I would add to the old vizio sound bar, however, she and I both agree, even with this M-series soundbar cranked up with max bass, max subwoofer, lowering center and treble, we can't get enough bass at all... It really feels like a super small upgrade to tv speakers.
