6 months old when sides collapsed,disabled husband had to sleep in his recliner or fall out of bed. serta customer service a joke, manager unreachable sams kindly gave me a partial refund

Bought 2 Sealy mattresses to replace a beauty rest I had had for years. Wasn't satisfied at all with either one. I just bought another beauty rest. Now I can fall asleep and stay asleep.

I ordered another BRS 900 extra firm. The first one lasted 7 yrs (not 10). The edges were no longer firm. But I loved the mattress so much I wanted the same one. It was so good not to have to test mattresses in a store and still not be sure you got the right one. I hope they keep making this model.

Very pleased with the quality of this mattress for what I paid for it. I wanted to get out of the very cheap extra firm mattresses and purchase mattress in the higher mid range price. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the deal that i received on it.

We bought the same mattress we have at home for our cabin, as we love our BRS 900 medium pillow top. Unfortunately you do not make this same one anymore and we had to buy the same model but without the pillow top. We are hoping it will soften up as it is way too firm (not sure if that is because the pillow top softens it up). We were disappointed we were unable to get the exact mattress that we love!

Purchased this back in February 2023. Was sent the lesser model from the factory I believe. Looked ok so decided to keep it and Sam's made it right by refunding me the difference. However, 2.5 months later, this mattress is sagging. Badly!!! It was scheduled for pick up May 17th. No show. When I called them they said I refused to let them take it. LOL. Wish it would let me upload pictures. For some reason I don't have that option. Have made several calls since and am getting the run around.

From the first day I bought it my mattress was sunken in on the left side. I thought maybe it was me so I had my partner sleep on that side and it's the same thing It's sunken in.

The mattress is very comfortable and supportive. Last year I purchased a Beautyrest extra firm mattress for myself and love it. I recently decided to replace the mattress in my guest bedroom and so happy I did! It’s the perfect amount of firmness.

Immediately, this mattress was comfortable enough, but with a little bit of help, it shines! I added a basic 3" mattress topper, and it is an absolute delight to sleep on. I've owned it for three nights so far, and the sleep has been exceptionally restful. With my old mattress, conditions had declined to where sleeping on the couch was almost as comfortable
