I absolutely love the plush cloud-like pillow top, it is incredibly comfortable and it conforms perfectly to the body’s contours to effectively prevent pressure points on hips and shoulders. This medium firmness mattress has been a good balance for us since it isn't too firm for her (she weighs 100lbs less than me) and it doesn't leave me feeling like I'm sleeping in a bowl. The cushioning on the top is just right to add a bit of softness and give.
