I got the code an when i went to redeem it for my child it kept saying " Code is invalid". So im guessing that the code does not work please can i get a new code or a refund!

I ordered a e-gift card and it did not. Work and now my account had been charged $25 and I can’t get it back. Why???? I will not shop here again if this is how you treat your customers

If you purchase the e-gift card you'll have to do an extra step to redeem. Once you added the gift card to your roblox account you will have to go to the gift card redemption page and click on the section that says available credit and convert that credit to robux. I have bought several of these in the past. I just wanted to help anyone who can't figure out why the robux hasn't shown up in the account. It won't automatically show up. When you redeem the gift card it goes into the account as a credit. So that has to be converted to robux. You can also google it if my review doesn't make sense.

Do Not Buy. I had to do online chat three different times over the course of 2 weeks only to be told every time that they would reach out to the vendor, give 24 to 48 hours for a response... After 2 weeks they eventually said that they needed to refund the item to me and gave me options to receive a full refund to the original payment or a Sam's club gift card. Do not purchase!! This was a complete waste of time!

Do not buy Roblox GC from anywhere else than Roblox com. since it's a better deal to just purchase from Roblox.com directly. Buying from Sam's Cub does not tell you how many Robux you're getting. We found out the hard way. e. g. $89.99 only gets you 9,500 robux. if you basically add $10 more for a $100 GC on Roblox, you get 11,000 robux.

What is the point of buying an e-gift card at Sam's if it's going to take hours to be delivered via email? it takes away the convenience to buy it in the first place. I would have bought my e-gift card at Amazon instead if i knew if was going to take hours for the e-gift card to be delivered.
