The most confusing process EVER ! You redeem in one place but then cant use it there, not compatible with app . Roblux customer service is impossible to reach. Good luck with this impossible process.

When I bought the robux card, it didn't give me any robux when I redeemed it. It said that the code was valid, but no robux went to my roblox account?

Purchased this online for my child. Received the emailed code in decent time. The problem is the code didn't work on the Roblox account. My kid is so disappointed. Roblox is saying it's not their issue. I just want a refund.
