I purchased 2 e gift cards to give as gifts for 2 different grandchildren. I got an email with what appeared to be them lumped together. There was only directions for how to use it on a current Roblox account. I wanted to print them to put in gift boxed. I finally had to do a live chat with someone who sent the link how to print them. That link should be included in instructions. It would have made my life a lot simpler. Once I found that it was okay. The product was delivered quickly.

My grandson is a gamer.. Been a Robloxian since he was 4... Seven years now. I use to either pay thru the Roblox website for his ROBUX or have to make a thirty mile round trip to Walmart to buy a card. Being able to purchase digital downloads of these cards is SOOOO much easier and really fast.. Within minutes of ordering the email with the card info is sent to me and ready to use. Trouble is it may be a little TOO easy when you have a grandson who can convince you to order a card several times a month lol

Just know that this takes 48 hours and is not instant at all. Walmart has a weird thing where they wait and hold off incase it isn’t a valid purchase so it will never ever come instantly. The least I ever waited was 12 hours and I’ve gotten these a lot. It’s ridiculous and they won’t do anything about it. Just be prepared to wait two days and most likely you will wait every bit of that. I would buy it from another store. Sadly walmart is not longer good for instant digital delivery of anything.

I bought the 25 dollar gift card for myself I’ve bought it like 4 times now and i get a email saying it’s been placed and then it cancels I’m angry they need to fix it they say it’s because of location restrictions but i have not had a issue before.Ive been using a gift card

Easy as 1. 2. 3. without having to get out in the stores.. You pay and the pin is emailed to you.. Out of over 50 plus times of purchasing this for my son, maybe 1 time was there a delay in the pin (technical difficulty) but was cleared up and I got the pin number...

i bought this for use on Xbox but it can only be used on smartphone game apps. I called Roblox and explained my mistake and asked if i could get the card deactivated and applied to an Xbox card. They weren't very helpful and more or less said I was stuck with what i bought. Very disappointed with Roblox customer service.

Help?? Redeemed with no issue but didn’t get any robux for it, only shows a $25 “credit” in settings. Tried researching online and read that this card doesn’t work for tablets or smartphones (apps) which is the only way my kids play roblox so now they just have un-usuable credits in there accounts?

I do believe I'm out 25 dollars. spent 45 minutes trying to get it to work before my 9 year old cousin left so he could have something to do on his plane ride and could NOT get this to work. Walmart sends you a code but no pin. then the instructions say to find your pin! why should you have to find it when it should have been provided in the email? it's nowhere to be found. save yourself the hassle and a sad child.

My daughter wanted a card and I did not feel like driving to the store for them not to have a Roblox card in stock like usual, than to travel to multiple stores usually ending in going to another town to finally find one!! I purchased the digital card and within 5 minutes the code was sent to my email! It was super easy and the instructions were very clear! Im thrilled to know I no longer have to play the drive from store to store to buy a Roblox card game ....EVER AGAIN!!!!

I bought this gift card for my daughter and these gift cards are impossible to redeem. We tried 10 different ways to link it to her account....my recommendation is to just buy Robux within the game itself. It was the only way we were able to make it work. And it's non-refundable so good luck getting your money back if the gift card doesn't work.
