I ordered a Roblox digital gift card and it said it was already redeemed. I want my money back or another gift card….. I’m mad!!!!!

This is the worst order i have ever had they say they will order it a specific day and keep changing it and dont give me my code.

I bought this product a long time ago, but I am here to tell you the product works. It will be delivered to your email within minutes or purchase.

I have bought several at various times for gifts. Love the idea of not having to go to the store to purchase it.

I bought 2 $25 Robux gift cards for my granddaughters, and only one of the codes worked so I have a 5 yr old crying her heart out

I bought these gift cards for my daughters best friend as a birthday gift card and she can't use them because it says they were already used. How embarrassing

Anytime you order more than one they only email one redemption code and you have to contact customer service to get them to resend them. Every single time- so obnoxious and don’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed in over a year

Purchase for my grandkids. Took a few days for a email code that didn't work. None refundable and Sam club said no responsible. Why sell this product to your customers in your business. Not fair.

I order the Robox eCards every week for my 8 year old grandson for his allowance. Every week the digital delivery takes longer and longer. My grandson does not understand the delay nor accept it. Digital delivery as he understands is suppose to be almost instantaneously. This is the last time I will put him and what I can only imagine his parents through again. I will purchase them elsewhere.

I bought the 25 dollar gift card for myself I’ve bought it like 4 times now and i get a email saying it’s been placed and then it cancels I’m angry they need to fix it they say it’s because of location restrictions but i have not had a issue before.Ive been using a gift card
