Nice Mushrooms

These mushrooms were very fresh and firm upon purchase. Incredibly they have lasted much longer than regular white, button mushrooms. Their taste was more flavorful and "woodsy, in a good way. When sautéed and herbs and spices added, they added a wonderful "meat" texture to sandwiches and salads. I will be purchasing these Baby Bella Mushrooms on a regular basis!

If these are the ones grown in Oklahoma they are the best I’ve ever had. If they are the ones from Mexico, they mold quickly.
