Overall and for the money very good product. Only complaint is because Cedar is a soft wood the T Nuts kept stripping. It didn't help that the holes weren't drilled well enough. This slowed down the installation process.

I especially enjoyed the very very well written instructions. its such a surprise to find instructions written with the totel customer experience in mind. Bravo! I wish all manufacturers were so meticulous.

You need 2 people to assemble some parts. You need to follow step by step instructions. Easy to assemble when you follow the instructions. Grand kids love it. Good value for the money.

Instructions were easy to follow and pre-drilled boards were easy to assemble. We were happy that we received all necessary parts and the shipment was very quick!

Good quality product. My son, who is 2, received this for his birthday!! My husband, father and father in law put this together one Friday. Instructions were okay. Some missing hardware. Overall...very happy with this product!!!

The ID tags on wood pieces are too easily broken and lost causing delays. Assembly went smoothly. It took 14hrs total 7 ½ hrs with two adults and a sic year old boy. 5hrs with papa 73 years and William 6 years and 1 ½ hrs with Papa. The finished product is SUPER!! According to William V.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Gorilla play set for almost 10 years. It has been through one move and has has been restrained once. It still looks great and is holding up quite well. I have had to replace the awning cover twice over the years. A tree fell on one and ripped it and the second one just wore out. Our two younger kids still use it when the weather allows and now our oldest brings his daughter over and she also plays on it. I have friends with small kids and have seen the play sets they have. I feel as though, Gorilla has a better product. The lumber used is beefier than most others on the market. Their are play sets that are even stronger than Gorilla, but their is quite a price difference. Money aside, Gorilla has a great product that, with a little care, will last for quite a few years. Thank you for what you do and keep up the good work!!

We absolutely love this playset. Its not too big so it doesn't overwhelm our space and the kids play on and under it for hours. We have a 2 & a 4 year old. We also stapled landscape cloth at the bottom section under the platform and poured in 5 bags of washed pea gravel for endless truck and cup fun. Installation is absolutely the way to go - it took 2 professionals a few hours to do it and they knew what they were doing. It would have taken me days. Love it!
