Playset was delivered fast and well packaged. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Almost all of the boards were pre-drilled and ready to assemble. I recommend 2 people for assembly as it helps to have extra hands to support some of the boards, and speeds up assembly. The wood was in great condition and the playset is very solid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this up and functioning for about a month, the kids love it and it is strong enough for the adults to play on too! It was tedious to put together, but the instructions are very well done and did not take a crazy amount of time. It is important to check all parts first off and follow instructions. We choose this brand do to the cedar wood, the reinforced strength and good reviews I have researched from other mom's. We live in one of the wettest ares on the west coast and having it last was a priority. So far we are happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the wood-roof version of Outing w/ Trapeze Bar Swing Set during the COVID pandemic since we aren't able to use the play structures at our local parks. It took a few days to build, but I was able to do it almost entirely by myself, with just a bit of help from my wife a couple times when some pieces had to be propped up or balanced before they were bolted together. The instructions are fantastic. Every piece is clearly marked and all the wood is pre-cut and pre-drilled so it's really just an assembly project. I know Gorilla playsets are more expensive than some you can find elsewhere, but I believe it is well worth it to get a sturdier, higher quality set. I'm not worried about pieces splintering or cracking or anything like that. We made a slight modification to the instructed set. Instead of putting the vertical slats and windows above the slide and ladder, we instead installed those on the opposing back side. We kept the wheel against the back, but moved the spyglass to the space above the ladder. This was because the back side looked toward our neighbor's yard and we wanted to be conscious about privacy for both our neighbors and our playing children. If you want to do this "perfectly" you'll have to cut some of the vertical wall boards shorter, but I didn't and it just means that on the back side the boards go down a bit further than on the other walls.

I think it is pretty well built. However, the construction process was questionable at times. It seems it would be easier to put the trapeze hangers on before attaching the board. You would also have more room to attach the swing arm to the fort if you

Awesome addition to our yard and pure joy for the "grands"!

We absolutely love this playset. Its not too big so it doesn't overwhelm our space and the kids play on and under it for hours. We have a 2 & a 4 year old. We also stapled landscape cloth at the bottom section under the platform and poured in 5 bags of washed pea gravel for endless truck and cup fun. Installation is absolutely the way to go - it took 2 professionals a few hours to do it and they knew what they were doing. It would have taken me days. Love it!
