[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the swingset for about a year. Definitely wobbles win more than two or three kids are on it. The steering wheel fell off within six months. Overall OK for her to use but not the highest quality.

We decided to invest in a Gorilla and the difference in quality is amazing. So well made. All three of my kids can play on it and I feel confident they are safe. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the set back in April, the delivery came in a couple of weeks. I put it together myself, would have probably gone quicker with 2 people. It is a bit overwhelming when you start going through all the parts but just take the directions one step at a time. Put a majority of it together over two days about 12 hours total. We were missing a couple of brackets to attach the monkey bars, contacted the company and they got the prices out right away. I have a 7 and 9 year old and they love it. They eat breakfast and lunch on the platform whenever they can. Overall, very happy with, solid construction and the price was pretty good too.

I really liked the play set. _x000D_ I ran into issues when driving the lag bolts. Couple lag bolts caused the wood to crack. The steering wheel lag bolt is too long and it hits the swing arm bolt causing the steering wheel to be loose. I replaced the bolt for a shorter one_x000D_

Purchased this item based off price point and discount. After assembling and finding many cracked boards, contacted customer service with photos. Their reply was "wood breathes so keep an eye on it and contact us back when it breaks completely," refusing to replace them after multiple requests. To me that's a safety issue, these are boards on the decking and the rock wall. 14 boards in all. If you know your product is subpar, why would you want your name attached to that. Sams Club is amazing and is returning the product, and I will be purchasing a better quality tree house from them.

The price was affordable and the quality was much better then the other ones on the market. It was pretty easy to put together and the instructions were clear. My kids are 1 and 7 and love it. Its not too small for my 7 year old. We are so happy we bought this and look forward to using it for years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took delivery of the playset about a month ago. The item hardware was clearly labeled and the assembly instructions were logical and clear. Our 2 grandchildren (plus a newborn) are really enjoying the play and will do so for days to come. In the midst of the current quarantine, it has been an especially welcome addition to our home.

Bought this in early March and it came within a few weeks. Very manageable install w two people, but plan a weekend (2 days 4-6 hours each day). Definitely organize the parts and pieces prior and do yourself a favor and get a socket wrench drill bit to attach to your drill! Set was great quality, everything pre drilled and instructions were fairly straightforward. Kids have been loving playing on it and the tube slide is a great addition to the standard slide.

One complaint is that the swings are too close together. I'm happy with the size and features overall.

The instructions were easy to understand and came with all of the hardware and then some. I recommend organizing all of the parts and pieces before you start.
