This product works well for daytime use without drowsiness and was able to work throughout the day symptom free. It also helps me sleep without coughing at night. With a job and also a family to take care of, I need fast relief. The severe cold & flu formula contains acetaminophen, which helps with my headaches & body aches. My nasal congestion is greatly lessened and it eases my sinus pressure. That adds up to a good night's sleep too! It tastes great and works well. It's the only brand I use.
