If you take it throughout the day, you will start feeling better throughout the day. I typically like to store mine in the fridge because it taste better when it’s cold. The taste is very strong & it’s very thick. It’s fights cold & flu relief day or night. If does come in different flavors as well which is really cool. I have been using this medicine for a long time & I will continue to use it. I highly recommend this product

I saw the most relief in my coughing, aches and pains and congestion. One is formulated for daytime so you don't get sleepy and the other is to help you sleep more comfortably by helping to control all your symptoms. Overall this is a great choice to help relieve your cold and flu symptoms and I highly recommend it!

As long as I keep it in my system for a day or two, I can power through and get things accomplished around the house even on my worse "sick" days. This stuff works wonders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The DayQuil and NyQuil Severe Cold and Flu combo pack is a great thing to have on hand during this cold and flu season. This is one of the few products that helps with my flu symptoms especially the cough and congestion. It doesn’t taste terrible like some of the other cold and flu medications I have tried in the past either. Overall this day and night combination of medication has really helped my symptoms this flu season. It is definitely worth trying.
