It's a great comfortable mattress, but from the beginning I had questions. There was no tag on it saying Scott Living, and the warranty paperwork was generic from Visionary Sleep / Restonic. The shipping LABEL said: SAMS 13 HYBRID MD with no mention of Scott Living. I contacted Pleasant Mattress who made it, and also Visionary Sleep with few answers. I finally got a proper reply from Scott Living who identified it as one of theirs. It looks the same as the photo, but my concern was the construction internally. I would recommend this mattress as its comfortable, especially the quilted top. I wouldn't use a mattress pad, even though the warranty suggests it. You won't feel the quilting if you use a mattress pad. You know you have a good mattress when you don't want to get out of it in the morning.

The mattress was packaged very well it was wrapped in heavy duty plastic wrap and was not damaged . Once opened it took time to expand, but filled the full sized bed frame. This will be used in our spare bedroom and not used every night which is good as the mattress states it is medium hybrid firmness, however it is more on the softer side and not medium at all.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this mattress! This was our first time, getting a mattress in a box, and I was more than a little skeptical. It has the combination of softness and firmness that we were looking for, and works perfectly with our adjustable frame. I’m not sure if it made any difference, but we allowed the bed to “rest“ for a full week before using it. We just set it up on top of our guest bed until we were ready to use it. It felt just as heavy and sturdy as any other mattress, by the time we moved it into our room.

The last thing I wanted to do was go to a store to try out mattresses. I trusted Jonathan & Drew to do their due diligence in making sure they put their name on a quality product. They did & I’m pleased with my purchase.

Bed in a box. Conveniently shipped to your front door. This mattress is an hybrid where it’s still firm and supportive yet has a soft pillow like top for a very comfortable night sleep. I got this during the winter season and has kept me very warm. We’ll see how it performs during the summer season!

The mattress is so comfortable and I can’t even feel when my companion gets in or out of bed.

This is not medium. It is more of a soft mattress. It is comfortable, but it doesnt give the back support I need.
