You really don't need many at all added into your wash cycle to have amazing smelling laundry. It's fresh and fragrant way after they are done washing too. The scent lingers on my clothes and laundry while they are in the drawers or hung up in the closet forever. I've taken something out 2 weeks later and it smells just as good as the day I washed it.

I started using scent boosters just this year, and I’m so glad I did such a game changer to the smell of my clothing… The smell is so oceanic mist like smell just like it says in the description but yet it’s not overwhelmingly at all..I have sensitive skin issues and laundry detergents an softener are the worse to flare up my skin, but these don’t cause me any issues.. I like the fact that you get a lot for the cost the bottle lasts for awhile and I usually do 2-3 loads a day.. So glad that downy is making more choices and making the product sensitivity friendly for others..

We have all been so completely impressed with the scent that is a perfect balance of favorable aroma and strength. Compliments from others have not ceased. Rumor has it this scent will be discontinued. I'm really hoping not. It's been a real game changer for us as some of the kids have skin or allergy sensitivities and this is the ONLY product able to use.

This scent is so good. And I like that with the scent boosters you can customize how strongly you’d like your clothes to smell of this by using more/less beads. With the downy light I find that the scent is still poignant enough to be noticed even when using slightly less than the recommended amount so you can really get good use out of the product.

The scent is light but bold, and has my clothes smelling super fresh. I use only about half cup and I get great results! My entire house smells good when I wash clothes using these beads. I noticed that the scent last in my clothes the entire day. Also, these beads do not cause any damage or discoloration to clothes and works well for my sensitive skin.

I throw half a capful in the machine before I put my clothes in and the scent stays on my clothes and sheets for days! The scent is a light scent and not very perfumey, which I Love!! I used a half of capful, but if you want a stronger scent, you can add a whole capful. But a half of cap gives a great, light, long lasting scent. This scent feels nice and clean, like an ocean breeze. No need to use dryer sheets either when you use these scent booster beads. I love how you can control how strong the scent is because, I like a stronger scent on my sheets over my clothes. Definitely a nice addition to my laundry routine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the scent booster. Before I used only a scent booster and softener for dryers. I believe I used too much for my wash load. My clothes smelled way too much to my nose due to the excessive amount that I used. That is not a fault of the brand or manufacturer. Next wash I will definitely use a lesser amount. It really depends on the intensity of the scent that you want to achieve. The scent that I chose was ocean mist. It has a very fresh scent which I enjoyed on my clothes. I felt like I didn't even need to wear perfume because my clothes smell so good already. I will continue using it for my laundry because the detergent that I use does not give any scent to my clothes.

I just put a cup of this in the washer before I throw the clothes in and when I take them out of the dryer, oh my goodness, I just want to smell everything while I fold the clothes. The scent is not too strong, just like a very fine perfume. I would definitely recommend this.
