We’re sorry that you're unhappy with the scent of your Downy Light Ocean Mist Scent Booster, Debbie. When we design our products, we do extensive research and consumer testing to create features that we think you'll enjoy. With that said, we know that preferences can vary from person to person, so we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, Since the scent was too strong, we recommend adding fewer beads, as this will reduce the scent. To remove the scent from your clothes, rewash with the hottest water safe for the fabric, using the recommended amount of detergent and fabric softener. If the items are bleach-safe, use bleach while washing. One cup of vinegar can be added to wash if not bleach-safe. We would like to gather more information about the product to share with our Quality Team and to help us make this right for you. For assistance, please give us a call at (800) 688-7638.

We're disappointed too hear you aren't enjoying the Ocean Mist scent. Your feedback means a lot to us, so we'll be sure to let our team know how you feel. If you haven't already, we'd recommend giving our Cool Cotton Unstopables a try. If you have questions or would like to share more, give us a call at (800) 688-7638.
