It works like my old water pik. The portable one is larger than i expected but works well. Waiting to see if its durable for travel.

IDK what happened, but after a week or so of using it, the motor would die half way through. Eventually, it wouldn't even turn on. I returned it.

Coming back to using a waterpik has been a life saviour. My last one finally broke just before I sold my house and moved into a twin home. For some reason I decided just to use my electric toothbrush. My dentist really wanted me to give waterpik a try again after putting crowns on several teeth. I love the Waterpik and especially the new portable. Both work great, couldn’t be better.

I’ll be honest… I’m not a fan of flossing, but my wife talked me into buying this flosser. Her dentist mentioned it to her because she’s going through chemotherapy and is a nice way to care for her teeth. This has been such a great addition to our daily routines. My teeth have never looked better. My wife loves it as well. I highly recommend this flosser for anyone who is looking for an alternative to regular flossing.

Very powerful, the large water reservoir allows you to get your whole mouth clean in one shot. I like the two button on and off switches (one on the base and one on the wand). This has power, I pulled it slightly out of my mouth, and it shot halfway across the bathroom. It does the job and I would buy it again. I got two for my kids.

The counter top unit is great! It's easy to use. It's easy to fill. It's easy to keep the tubing coiled when you're done using it. However, the little guy sold with it, watch out for that guy. Even at the lowest setting, it'll blast out a tooth. Okay, not really THAT bad but it hurts. If you spray flesh, you get blood. I'm sure it would be fine if you can handle the high setting on the counter top unit. I did like the ability to take the little unit into the shower. Changing the batteries is easy. Taking the reservoir on and off is easy. I didn't have any issues with it leaking. It's a little bulky to maneuver but workable. Overall, they're easy to use and work as described.

I've had this unit about two weeks. Initially, I had the pressuire setting at 4. That was a good pressure for me. Now the pressure is set at 10 and it it is effectively is less than what it was at 4. I bought this unit as a replacement. My old unit worked fine except the switch was getting stuck. Comparing the two, this new unit is is functionally very poor quality.
