My hygienist recommended I start using the Waterpik flosser. The Waterpik Ultra Plus and the Cordless flosser work very well. It takes a little getting used to it, but after a few times, you get the idea of how to use it. The portable cordless flosser is great for taking with you on trips and use in the shower. The desktop unit is a little stronger on the highest setting and is a little messy but very effective.

Deep cleaning

Got this for my eight year old grandson to help clean his teeth which now are in braces. My daughter reports that he uses it everyday and that he enjoys using it, cleans his teeth/braces quite well, and for the most part is easy to use. She did say that the cordless flosser isn't quite as easy or effective as the base unit, but they are very happy with this product.

Very pleased with this purchase. It flosses my teeth more thoroughly than string floss. Seems to hamper plaque build-up better, and leaves my mouth feeling fresher. It does not seem to take that much longer than string flossing. I have only used the counter top model thus far, but the hand-held travel flosser will be handy for trips.

Good product both the stationary and portable waterpik work well. I like the smaller size and the white color. The pressure is good and I like the different tips included. My only issue is the lid to the water basin on the stationary waterpik. It doesn’t hook onto the basin easily and stay put. Too much trouble to take off and put back on every time I use it. The lid is also a storage container for extra piks so I just keep it in a drawer.

To date I have only used the portable unit. The plug-in sink-top simply is too large for my bathroom, but may be just right for a more modern home. The portable works perfectly, is clean to use and wipe down, and runs close to a month on a set of AA batteries.

This item does not out perform the last model. I have to push down on the tank several times to get the water to flow. The lowest setting is stronger than it should be. It came with less tips than the last combo I bought.

Had to return the first one because it seemed it wouldn't spray water. What's the point of having a waterpik that can't spray? Turns out that the second one exhibited the same behavior until I figured out the rubber plunger in the bottom of the water tank had to pressed a couple of times to allow the water to start drawing through to the water line. There was nothing about this in the instructions for setup or operation that I could find.

Review: This isn’t a quality issue with Sam’s Club or the product itself, but the technology is older than expected. This wireless version uses AA batteries rather than the newer rechargeable cordless design. The rechargeable models are more convenient and better suited for wet environments like shower use. Overall, it works as intended, but be sure to check this detail before purchasing. I missed it when buying

Unfortunately the cordless units battery compartment is not water tight. RUST O RAMA EWWWWWW !!! Blech !!
