Fragrance free, which is great for those who have sensitive skin especially to products that have fragrance in them. It's a great water gel that hydrates the skin. You can also use this as a moisturizer and primer if you will be applying makeup. Feels very lightweight on the skin. Does not leave an oily feel to the skin after it's applied. Makes your skin look healthy and smooth.

I use to hate winters not just because of the freezing cold.but because It made my already dry skin that much drier. Not anymore! My skin has changed, I can feel the difference after a week and I do not forget this step in my skin care. Well worth the money.

“I’m a member of the Crowdtap Neutrogena® rewards program, and Neutrogena® sent me a sample of its Hydro Boost Water Gel to review.” I was amazed by this gel right as soon as I put on my face instantly my face was silky smooth it was as if I put baby powder on very smooth and definitely don't want to put baby powder on my face so this wonderful I got that silky smooth feel with no irritation or burn and it smelled wonderful so much better then most moisturizers I have smelled. I also love that it is not greasy at all just rub on face and instant silky smooth face with no left behind greasy feel on your face like most moisturizers.

This Hydro boost gel is so light and doesn't leave any kind of funky residue or oily yuck or any type of film after using it. It isn't scented and what smell it does have is pleasant. I really enjoy this formula and will be using it in the future. I would recommend it to anyone with dry pat hy skin anywhere on their face.

This stuff is FANTASTIC for my skin with the harsh winter we've been having here! It not only smells fantastic but it left my skin extremely soft and hydrated until my next facial washing and application. I'm 56 and fortunate to have fairly good skin. However, I am starting to get some wrinkles, loss of volume and although I tend on the normal to oily side, I find my skin is starting to get drier. I have to be careful of breakouts. So, getting on to Neutrogena's Hydro boost Gel, I liked that it was dermatologist tested, clinically proven to hydrate for 48 hours. It is fragrance-free which is big for me as I normally prefer more medicinal smells and less perfume florals. Many face products I have stopped using because of the smell. Not tested on animals, designed for sensitive skin. Upon using my skin became plumper and more radiant. Hours later I noticed in a mirror the effects were lasting. I continue to see improvement in texture and even more so in hydration. It feels great under makeup too.
