The light weight cooling texture of the gel makes it perfect for summertime use. When I applied the gel to my face I instantly felt refreshed . The gel goes on easily and does not leave the skin feeling sticky. My face felt so hydrated,soft and not at all oily. I also noticed a very light but pleasant scent. Bottom line is I would highly recommend this Hydro Boost Water Gel.

I really like that it goes on light and absorbs fast, yet still gives the kind of hydration a heavier moisturizer gives. I could tell the difference after the first use. Plus it doesn't leave a layer of residue like many moisturizers do. My face dries out easily, especially around my jawline, so it's important for me to have a stronger moisturizer that won't leave my skin feeling like I need to wash it again. I really like how soft and hydrated my skin feels. I also like that it's fragrance-free. I use it before bed and am grateful for the lack of a distracting scent. All in all, I highly recommend giving it a try!

It doesn’t clog my pores or cause any breakouts. It absorbs rather quickly and isn’t greasy or tacky. The level of hydration it provides is very impressive! I have always been a fan of Neutrogena products and this one is no exception. I absolutely love it! I love that it is a gel and not an oily cream. It feels so soft and silky smooth on my skin and completely absorbs into my skin leaving behind only skin that is softer and smooth feeling and it lasts all day long. I love that I put it on under my makeup and it does not cause a shine or greasy feel. It also have an awesome, clean scent to it that is not strong or overpowering! I have been using this product for two weeks now. We have had so many extremely cold days here. I really like how moisturizing the Neutrogena Water gel is. My face gets pretty dry in the winter, this product helps my face stay hydrated. I received this product for free to write a review.

I'm not sure if this is normal or if it's just mine. Overall, I think it's a good basic, no fuss product, and my skin didn't react negatively to it.
