This water gel is so hydrating the skin soaks it up, instead of lotion sitting on top of the skin without penetrating through! Also gentle enough to not break me out or make me feel oily.

I love Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel. This product is so light on my normal to dry skin. I have sensitive skin. When I used the water gel, I didn’t have any breakouts. My skin felt hydrated all day. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
