[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This moisturizer is great! It left my skin soft without that greasy or oiling feeling. It didn't have much of a fragrance which I liked. It didn't make me break out which my skin is prone to doing.

Neutrogena facial water is a very good product to have on hand. It relieves your face of the every day dirtiness. You find yourself with a smooth face every day. I highly recommend this product.
