[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this Neutrogena hydro boost gel feels great. When you apply it feels like he’ll but it spreads like water. I applied to my face and neck after I wash my face. My face feels soft all day.

This product been my go to for ages now. Hydrates and leaves your skin feeling awesome. Repurchased probably 15 times. The formula is simple yet amazing. Highly recommended!
