I was in search of a non-greasy moisturizer product last winter that would  hydrate my skin that wouldn't break my bank account. With combination skin (oily in summer, dry in the summer) with some fine lines starting to develop, I needed something that would do the job that would not cause breakouts or leave me feeling like grease ball, that was gentle light with out clogging my pores. This gel was/is a very good option because its smooth, light, dries quickly, is non-oily or greasy. The effects of the Hydraulic acid actually act as a time release moisturizer truly give your skin cells the drink they need don't just lube them up.  I'm so glad I was able to find this! I'm definitely keep using it

I love this Neutrogena hydro boost water gel moisturizer so much. This is such a gem at the drugstore, and a HG for many. This was the first water cream formula that i ever tried and i immediately fell in love with it. This is a lightweight formula that literally feels like water on the skin when you massage it in. It absorbs instantly into the skin so nicely. It makes your skin plump and supple and it feels so great. i highly recommend this for people who don't like heavy moisturizers and for those with oily skin. this really is such a great moisture and gives you hydration along with moisture that you need.

I think this product is a really great dupe for a lot of higher end moisturizing products. I’ve used a wide variety of products and they usually give me the same results as this product has in previous uses. It soaks into skin quite quickly though, so I would suggest it as an AM moisturizer more than a PM moisturizer.

I love all products of neutrogena. This one is extraordinary but it not only hydrates your skin but it leaves your skin balanced with not dry or not oily. Water gel is best to use if you have oily skin because it prevents your skin from getting oily but provides adequate hydration and you can notice the difference on your skin within a week. I use it as morning and night routine for my face as a lotion after using serums and toners.

I was totally in love with the fragrance of this little ditty. It delivered as described in it's claims. I used it around my eyes m lips twice a day until the jar was scrapped clean I just bought another as it lasts about a month. It's pricey for Momma On A Budget but well worth it.

I have been using this product for a little more than a year. The one I always buy is the water gel for not more dry skin, I have normal to combine skin. I was impacted about its formula, light, not oily, quick absorbed by skin etc. In my last purchase same product but different lot 11718VB1 the formula was different, thicker, oily, different smell. The first thing I checked is if I bought the one for dry skin but no, I bought the same as usual. I gave it a chance and used it for 3 weeks but I can’t stand how it feels on my skin. Even my makeup gets ruined by it because it looks “shiny/oily”. I will consider other brand for the same type of product. It was good and formula got changed for bad.

I absolutely love this hyrdro boost gel! It leaves my skin feeling supple and smooth and so hydrated! I have been using it as a moisturizer, both night and morning, and I love how instantly rejuvenated and quenched it leaves my skin! I definitely recommend this!

had to grabed this on a whim from the drugstore. wanted to see how it compares to other water moisturizers i love. not disappointed! this stuff is real good and hydrating. love me a gel cream! only thing that gets me it the strong scent... it smells like a pool? besides that it's good
