[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great product. I’m torn about the rating. It was upseting that a massive brand like Neutrogena uses non-recyclable packaging. They can do better. As for the moisturizer, it’s wonderful. If you like Water Bank, Belif Water Bomb, or PTR Water Drench, this is for you. It’s non-greasy, fast to absorb, and lightweight on the skin. There’s a subtle fragrance, but it’s not overpowering. It was super hydrating and great over retinol. My skin wasn’t dry at all in the morning. It holds in moisture and plumps the skin. My only complaint about the product itself is that it peeled my self-tan. Overall, I really liked the product. I really wish Neutrogena would use eco-friendly packaging for its products. Packaging is a deal-breaker for a lot of us.

A friend bought this for me as a gift and I NEVER want to go back to the point in time where I did not have this. The cooling effects after being applied are my absolute favorite part of this product! Along with how smooth and soft it makes my skin feel afterwards!

After trying this product, I can honestly say that there is no reason to spend a fortune to have smooth, soft skin. This product is AMAZING especially for those like me who have combination skin. Other creams I've tried are too oily or greasy and I end up with breakouts. This product is a gel so it's very light but not light on moisturizers! My skin is super soft, after using it, and doesn't feel dry anymore. This is seriously my new go-to moisturizer! My son was complaining about his arms being dry and itchy the other day so we used a little bit on his arms and no more dry skin! I was sent a sample of this product by Crowdtap in order to give my honest opinion about it. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results!

I have an ongoing issue with dry, itchy and flaky skin in the winter time. I have tried to find a good quality, affordable product that works then I got a free sample of Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Water Gel and fell in love with it and with my skin again! It is a soft, pleasant smelling "water gel" that goes on easily and is non greasy. I tried it on my face and loved it so much that I had to try it on my husband's dry, rough, red windburned skin too and it worked wonders!! I will ecen admit that I used a little on my preschooler's dry, flaky legs and it was a godsend...no more scratching and no more flaking! I love this stuff! In the winter my skin gets very dry and this is my go to moisturizer! It goes on smooth and even. It does a great job hydrating the random dry spots I get during the cold months. This is a product that I make sure to always have on hand.

And when it started to sink into the skin I did feel a burning sensation. I have other moisturizers with fragrance and this does not happen.

I received the Hydro Boost water gel free from Influenster about two months ago and at first I was skeptical. I have dry skin but I hate heavy and oily moisturizers. From the first time I used this gel my whole face felt instantly quenched. It absorbs super fast, made my skin soft and smooth, and didn't cause me to break out. In fact, my face has never been so clear! I've been using the gel for about two months, daily after my shower, and I still have half of a jar left- a little goes a long way and it makes the price worth it for how long it lasts!

However, I was pleasantly impressed with this lightweight gel that hydrated my skin super well. It absorbs quickly into my skin without leaving any film behind. It's also lightweight enough to layer with other products! I love that it is fragrance free. It didn't bother my sensitive skin. I think this is a perfect moisturizer for the summer. For winter, my dry skin will probably need something heavier.
