I have extremely dry skin and when I came across this water gel, my skin thanked me. Compared to a lot of products, the price point is pretty affordale. It leaves my skin feeling rehydrated and moisterized all day long! I've used this product for over 5 years. 10/10

I normally have combination skin. At 8 months into pregnancy, my skin is more unpredictable than ever. That is why when I had the opportunity to give Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Water Gel a try, I was excited. Within moments of apply this product to my face I had a noticeable different in the texture of my skin. My rough texture on my jaw line was gone, leaving my face smooth and soft. Apply it was a breeze. It has a different type of consistency similar to that between a cream & a gel but without the sticky texture of gel or the greasy feeling of some creams. It did not make my skin “shine” with leftover residue, instead it provides a natural “glow”. (I’ve finally gotten the “pregnancy makes you glow!” comments. I’m not afraid to share my little secret that pregnancy has nothing to do with it!) I received Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel for free, but all opinions are of my own. I will be continuing to purchase this product.

Used to use this as my daily moisturizer a while back, but it didn’t fit my skin type. The formula is great if you have dry skin and need a deeper level of moisture, but my oily skin rejected it. Clean ingredients though and it works for a lot of my friends!

The absolute BEST face moisturizer out there. I live in Texas, where the summers are hot and humid, but I also have dry skin. Most ultra-moisturizing face lotions feel creamy and sticky and nasty all day in this climate, which means instant sweat when you step outside and therefore, ruined makeup. It’s the worst! *THIS* goes on thin and wet, instantly quenching my skin’s thirst! It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin so moisturized and smooth, without that thick blanket feeling.

I really like that it goes on light and absorbs fast, yet still gives the kind of hydration a heavier moisturizer gives. I could tell the difference after the first use. Plus it doesn't leave a layer of residue like many moisturizers do. My face dries out easily, especially around my jawline, so it's important for me to have a stronger moisturizer that won't leave my skin feeling like I need to wash it again. I really like how soft and hydrated my skin feels. I also like that it's fragrance-free. I use it before bed and am grateful for the lack of a distracting scent. All in all, I highly recommend giving it a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neutrogena, hydro boost gel cream is a good product, although it did make a skin a bit oily I did start pair it with toner before applying it directly to my face which seem to help tremendously with the oily feeling.
