I'm pleased with it because it hydrates the skin immediately after cleansing. The texture is not watery or creamy, but it does leave the skin soft and smooth. It is non-sticky and oil-free, making it an ideal base for other serums and makeup. I also like how easily it absorbs into the skin, and I can feel my skin becoming more hydrated and my face becoming brighter as time passes. It also smells really good. It's not a typical floral or sweet scent, but it does smell like a cool breeze. Even my husband likes it!

I have oily skin and I am careful with introducing just any product into my routine. The Neutrogena water gel pairs well with my oily skin. It sinks into the skin and you can instantly feel your skin soften up. Some products break me out and some cause me to get tiny bumps on my face. The water gel did not break me out at all. It does have a light fragrance, which concerned me at first but the fragrance literally disappeared within seconds. In addition to water, the hyaluronic acid and dimethicone are huge pluses for the gel moisturizer. These two ingredients are skin protectants that I look for in my facial creams. To sum it up, the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel moisturizes and protects my oily skin and I would definitely purchase it.

THE HOLY GRAIL! I absolutely love this moisturizer. It glides on effortlessly and absorbs quickly. I love that it isnt heavily scented and that it leaves the skin hydrated and dewy. I personally apply to damp skin and I feel it improves the absorption.

I received this product for free from Influenster. And I'm glad I did. This product is really moisturizing but it's also really light. When I use it. it's like my face is a tshirt that got dropped in a pool. It's drenched with moisture. Except that it dries so quickly which I love. I still get the moisturization I need, but my face isn't sticky or damp after using it. My skin is really soft and moisturized feeling. Two downsides though are that it does have a smell but that dissipates very quickly, and I do have to wash my hands after using it because it feels like there is a residue on my hands. But that's ok because I'd rather have residue on my hands than on my face. I also love how long this product lasts. A little goes such a long way. All I do is touch one finger to the surface of the product and then lift it up. The product that comes up on my finger is all I need. Which is great because with other moisturizers I would squeeze too much out and have more than I needed to use. This product is all around super awesome. I'd definitely go out and buy it once this jar runs out.

During winter, my skin is the most dry and this is the only thing that helped me having smooth skin while feeling hydrated. There is a cool sensation to it when you put it and it feels amazing!

Purchased this because I turned 26 and decided that just putting milk on my face with a cotton ball once a day for 15 minutes is not enough anymore, but I didn't want to get cream/lotion that would be too chemically for my relatively good skin. This stuff is perfect; I don't even want to explore other options.

I got some of the Neutrogena HydroBoost from Crowdtap to try and I absolutely love it!! I've had really dry skin lately due to the wind and winter. Using this new HydroBoost makes my skin extra soft and feel so hydrated. I've even been using it on the backs of my hands and it's making them even look younger! Absolutely love it and would definitely recommend!!

I absolutely fell in love with the hydro boost concept when I saw it announced. After trying it I literally couldn’t be happier. My face feels so hydrated and supple. They must put some water from the fountain of youth in this!
