It has a aloe gel like consistency absorbs pretty quick and leaves a lasting hydrated feeling for hours without being greasy or sticky. The color of these packages on the hydro boost line is a very pretty summer pool blue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel cream for a week, I can say that it did hydrate my skin when I was not using acne treatments like salicylic acid and benzyl peroxide. However, I believe it was comparable to the hyaluronic acid serum I have used in the past in terms of the amount of hydration it provided without the need for additional products. In other words, it did not really make my skin feel incredibly hydrated by itself, but it did better when combined with other hydrating products like a niacinamide serum or snail mucin. Because it is thicker and provides an additional layer of moisture when combined with my moisturizer, I believe this is a good addition to my skin care routine as an alternative to the hyaluronic acid serum I currently use. All things considered, I would suggest it to those who, unlike me, do not use many drying products in their daily routine. It did, however, have some cons, like it made my skin burn when I used it because my skin isn't the best.
