[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters I am 28 year old female that has combo skin that breaks out very easy. I am oily around the chin and under my eyes/upper cheeks. I use CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Cream. I have used the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Cream in Fragrance Free and liked it a lot too! I love the Hydro Boost face wash. This one just wasn't as good in my opinion. It doesn't really give my skin any "boost" of hydration, tbh it feels super dry and tight after even if putting it on my face right after getting out of the shower when my face is still wet. I’m not sure if it's something different in this besides the fragrance vs the fragrance free but just get that one. I'm not sure who wants to smell like their grandmas perfume on their face all day. The texture is nice and light weight feeling but just doesn’t really give me the hydrated feeling at all. But again everyone’s skin type is different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you first put the Hydro Boost on my face and neck, it's very cool and light, it feels refreshing. It's a very lightweight product, and provided plenty of moisture do the dry spots on my face. It also dried very quickly and my skin didnt feel greasy. It felt like water and it smelled nice.

The scent is subtle and not overpowering. After only a few days of using the product, I could tell that it keeps its promise: nicely hydrated skin. I also love how quickly it gets absorbed by my skin, works great under make up too.

It is super lightweight, and it dries very quickly leaving behind no sticky/goopy feeling. My face feels INSTANTLY hydrated.i think the fragrance is good and not overwhelming, but it is important to note that there is a fragrance. This product makes my small lines disappear (dehydration lines). It makes for a smooth foundation, and I just can’t say enough about this product. My favorite moisturizer of all time is Clinique Moisture Surge, but I couldn’t afford the ever-rising price tag, so I am over the moon neutrogena released their own formula. The perfect dupe!

My favorite, low-cost moisturizer. It is a lightweight, water-based moisturizer which works great on my combination skin type. I use this as part of my morning and nighttime routine. It keeps my skin hydrated and does not clog my pores. 10/10 would recommend!

I usually don’t really love the gel consistencies, but this was more like a cream. Great for wearing alone or under makeup!

I first tried the hydro boost water gel when it was released and liked the texture but the scent threw me off and had a sort of alcohol-y sting on my skin. I switched to the extra dry gel cream fragrance-free version, even though I don’t have dry skin but just loved the product so much. Now that they’ve released a fragrance-free water gel version, this is my new daily staple!

I’ve tried many moisturizers in the past and I alway find myself going back to my hydroboost one. I love how lightweight it is on my skin, yet it packs a punch when it comes to moisture. My skin feels extremely hydrated throughout the day and that is what I love the most about it

I am in love with this product! I am 47 and I pride myself on treating my skin well! I wash my face and use the product in the a.m. and before bedtime. My face typically has an oily t-zone during the warmer months. The Hydro Boost water gel has done a wonderful job of keeping my skin moisturized and shine free. I never leave home without a jar in tow! I keep it in the refrigerator and it feels so cool and refreshing after my facial. I wear it alone because I don't wear makeup!
