I received this product courtesy of Influenster and have used it every day since it arrived to my doorstep. My skin is fairly well balanced on its own and my face can get really out of whack with a lot of face products, but that has not been the case with this. I love this product as a light weight moisturizer and it has been very nourishing on my skin this winter. I like that the product is refreshing, light, dries quickly, and that a small amount goes a long way. I am able to put this product on my face directly before putting on my makeup and I seek no negative impact. I use this at night before bed and in the morning and have had no issues with it making my face appear oily or greasy.

When I received this product, I was a bit skeptical on it's intensity. A gel? That'll make my face moist? Haven't we gotten that time & time again with MOISTURIZER?! Two seconds later, I immediately regret doubting this product. While my skin isn't particularly dry, I was able to put on a tiny amount of this product, spread it all over my face and neck and feel the refreshing cool gel take root into my pores. It did what it said, and I was pleased. Or so I thought: You see, I noticed over half a day later that my skin was STILL as soft as when I first applied it. Now, I'm beyond ecstatic. No matter the price, this bucket will go a long long way if your skin is normal/dry instead of your own personal Sahara desert. I can't speak for anyone who would fall into the latter category, but I bet it would be just as helpful (perhaps just not last as long). This also made me use less foundation after, and helped my skin feel natural despite a full face of makeup. I would pick up a tub today. PS: Make sure you keep tub upright and in a colder environment. It's very sensitive to heat and will liquefy (does good on your face, not so much on your counter). I received this product complimentary from Influenster and I am glad I did! My skin is extremely dry, especially during harsh winter months. Using Hydro Boost has decreased the amount of large dry flakes I typically have. I love the lightweight gel texture and that it doesn't leave any type of residue. It has a wonderful refreshing spa smell, but isn't powerful. Also, since it is a gel, less is more! It isn't heavy and is absorbed quickly into the skin leaving it feeling very refreshed!

I absolutely love everything about this product aside from the smell and the strange blue dye. This product does everything it says and more, doesn't cause break outs, lasts a long time, but has the worst fragrance added to it. I'm normally not very sensitive to scents but this product smells like a cheap air freshener to the extent that it makes me cough when it's on my face. I'm going to switch to the cream-gel simply because it is fragrance and dye free, hopefully it won't be too hydrating for my oily skin.
