[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gel consistency that applies really smoothly and spreads well. It contains a fragrance which isn't my favorite, as it resembles a bit of an older perfume scent, but it doens't bother me too much once it is on my skin. The gel texture leaves my skin looking and feeling really matte, which will be great in summer and more humid environments, but I find it isn't as moisturizing in winter. I will use this as a day time moisturizer in winter to ensure my oily T-zone doesn't poke through, but prefer a heavier moisturizer at night. The jar packaging is easy to use and it is a generous size.

For daily use. The skin after it is as moisturized as possible. Pleasant light aroma. I will recommend it to my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel. It's proves amazing hydration to my face. I had damaged my facial skin barrier and this really helped in repairing it. It's non-comedogenic, which is incredibly important for me as I break out very easily It uses hyaluronic acid, which is something that I know my face LOVES in providing much needed moisture. A little goes a long way and it is not heavy at all!

Just soft clean and refreshed skin. I’ve recommended it already 3 times after skin compliments at work. Seriously, run don’t walk.

I have repurchased this cream multiple times. I enjoyed using it but the ingredients include fragrance and blue dye. It would be a really great cream if it did not include these two unnecessary ingredients. I have tried the extra-dry skin version to not have fragrance and blue dye but it is a bit too much for my skin. Please come out with a new version without fragrance and dye. I would buy it again if this change happened!

The packaging is sleek and easy to throw into a travel bag. Definitely a great moisturizer/cream to battle the cold/dry skin season!

I've been using this for about a year and love it. It works on my middle age skin and equally as well on my teenage daughter without causing break-outs. We live in a very dry climate so it is a real statement to say it keeps our skin soft and moisturized. My comment is that the package uses SO much plastic! I'm certain there is a way to cut down on that waste. I'd feel better about how many we've purchased if it didn't put so much in the trash or recycle bin.

I have used this before in the past and one thing for me is I find this can dry out my skin if I use it in the wintertime. I have combination skin that leans towards dry so that could be why. Personally I find this works best for me in the summer when the air is more humid. The formula is like a light gel and absorbs really quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the hydro gel. It’s very lightweight and it doesn’t feel heavy after I apply it. It does leave my skin very moisturized. I only use a pea size so a little goes a long way. I let it dry for 2 mins then apply my sunscreen.

Most days, I’ll just use this and an SPF and it’s great. It also works really well if you layer on makeup since it’s not a heavy moisturizer.
