It is non-irritating and provides the perfect base for makeup application without pilling. Storing it in a cool place allows for a refreshing application. The only downfall is that it does not include any SPF.

I keep repurchasing this item because it WORKS! I've been using this moisturizer for about 2 weeks now and I'm seeing and feeling a difference. I've got combination skin, oily forehead and dry cheeks. I use the gel daily and I feel like my cheeks don't look and feel quite as dry as before. The smell can be a little overwhelming if you're sensitive to fragrances. Disclaimer: I tested Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel for free, but all opinions are my own.

By skid feels so much more softer and smoother. I feel a lot more moisture and my skin doesn’t have that tight dry feeling any more. I’ve noticed my skin looks much more useful and has an overall radiance to it. I love applying this moisturizer all over my face and neck. I feel an overall cool effect whenever I apply the cream on my face. This is definitely a cream. I will be purchasing over and over again. A pack came free with other neutrogena make-up removing towelettes. I tried these a few times with no problems and then had a mysterious redness and itchiness on my face. At the time, I didn't know why and didn't think this was the cause. Last evening, i used one again and my face broke out immediately. It is swollen and red and itchy. It is red Even where i swiped my neck on one side. I don't have allergies in general so this is completely new.

It completely soaks in and leaves no sticky residue. It is perfect for under makeup and keeps your face moisturized all day long! You only need a small amount for your entire face so it is definitely worth the money! It lasts for a very long time.
