I feel really good when I am applying it and I feel better when i see the results. I like that it is really gentle on your skin and helps keep my skin healthy.

I usually LOVE Neutrogena products. I was really excited to try this one because my skin is super dry. I love the exfoliating Hydro Boost scrub, so I wanted to pair this with it. I tried it on my hand and loved the feeling. I put it on my face this morning, and my skin looked and felt amazing. I honestly can't remember the last time my face felt so good. My typical foundation blended over this nicely, and surprisingly enough, it really smoothed out the skin underneath. At first the smell was alright, but it has been on my skin for 5 hours now, and it is overwhelming. I get migraines from intense scents, and I have one currently. My skin is also starting to itch. If the fragrance wasn't a part of the product, it would be a 5/5. My sensitive skin and migraines aren't enjoying this at all.

I have been loving the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel. I was able to try it out courtesy of Influenster. It hydrates the skin without that greasy feeling, which I'm a huge fan of. Also, it dries extremely quickly so you don't have to wait forever to start putting on your makeup or getting on with your day. It's really a consistency that I've never experienced before. This, THIS PRODUCT! It is the only one that has ever helped my skin from being so dry! It’s not oily, or thick. It left my skin feeling fresh, renewed and actually hydrated and soft! I would normally use it after a shower or before bed, and I loved it!

Terrific moisturizing gel for dry or combination skin. It works even in the summer/fall, and is definitely a lifesaver in the winter. It is easy to apply and lightweight. Definitely exceeded my expectations, and i'd buy it again. Interesting and unique texture with fun blue packaging.
