[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This water based gel moisturizer is great before makeup, but not so much after cleaning my face. If used afyer shower I apply it as it's a serum. Over all has a nice texture, not heavy, and fragrance free.

I have been a Neutrogena fan for years and always like to know about new products that come out. This was a great new addition to a family of products I have been using for a long time to care for my skin. I used this product more at night so that it had more time to evaporate into my skin and I could wake up and see and feel the differences. The product was very easy to apply and it went on evenly and cleanly. I used it as directed after washing and I noticed a difference after a few uses that my skin looked healthier and felt softer and more moisturized. You can feel the cool of the gel cream when you apply is feel so refreshing. The gel cream have fragrance ... sensitive skin not like it ! I recommend normal skin to oily skin

It is non-irritating and provides the perfect base for makeup application without pilling. Storing it in a cool place allows for a refreshing application. The only downfall is that it does not include any SPF.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel With Hyaluronic Acid For Dry Skin Overall a very good moisturizer! For the price, I’d say it is most definitely worth it—keeps the skin nice and hydrated. The only negative thing I’d say is I do tend to get oily around the nose area and t zone, and this moisturizer seems to bring that out a bit more than I’d like. But definitely an incredible every day moisturizer for combo-dry skin!

I incorporated Hydro Boost into my #nightroutine a year ago and I really don't regret it. I usually have #dryskin in winter and this product helped me a lot, in just 48 hours I already started to feel my skin more #moisturized. This is a great affordable moisturizer for those with oily skin. This gel moisturizer is very hydration but also very lightweight so it helps balance out the oils in your skin. This would not be good for those with dry skin because it is not as thick as other moisturizers are. This is definitely something I would consider trying out if you have oily skin, as there are also no known irritants in this moisturizer.
