I have a small jaw, so anything larger will not fit into the back of my mouth. My dentist recommended oral b and I am so glad he did. I have excellent cleanings, very little plaque. The oral b brush heads are small enough to get behind my back teeth, without a lot of discomfort. The brush head spins around to ensure that you get every inch of each tooth. The brush head cleans the gums as well, without a lot of unnecessary pressure. I am very pleased with the results from the oral b io brush heads.

This one is easier to get into some of the awkward angles and spaces in my mouth. I will definitely be using this head for the foreseeable future.
