The bristles are soft enough for sensitive gums but still leave our teeth feeling fresh, smooth, and genuinely clean after every use. I appreciate the color-fading bristles. With three people using them, it’s helpful to have a visual cue instead of guessing or keeping track of who’s due for a replacement. Price-wise, I think they’re fair for what you get. But how long they last really depends on your household. A 4-pack barely covers us. I usually go for the 6-pack — it keeps things simple and lasts a little longer. Bottom line? These refills are reliable, easy to swap, and they keep our brushes doing what they’re supposed to. If you’re already using the iO, just do yourself a favor and keep a box on hand.

Both are top quality. The only difference I saw was the color; the new ones are black. I've had these for two weeks. switching back and forth between them. There is literally no cleaning difference between them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review I've had this same brush heads with my iO 7 for approximately two years now and I've been satisfied with them. They clean all areas of the mouth including those tricky areas at the back efficiently. The brush heads are plastic and are relatively strong and last a reasonable amount of time, which makes the price worthwhile. The packaging is neat and easy to open which is a plus. One of the features I like is recognizing when to change the head, the color on the bristles fades to white means it is the time to change so there is no need for guesswork. I usually change the heads every four months, but they definitely do what I need. I will say they are a bit firm. It's ok for regular teeth but if you happen to have sensitive gums, they may be a bit rough. If you're looking for a good clean and don't mind a firmer feel, this is a great option. I recommend this product.

Thee heads very easy to replace and left me with an extremely clean feeling. The bristles are soft but still do the job without hurting your gums.
