The Ultimate Clean heads give a super deep clean—my teeth feel polished every time. They're great at reaching between teeth, but the bristles are a bit firm, so if you have sensitive gums, you might want to be cautious. The Gentle Care heads, on the other hand, are much softer and perfect for people like me with occasional gum sensitivity. They still clean well, just not quite as intensely as the Ultimate Clean. I’ve also used the black versions, which look sleek with my black iO handle. Just make sure you let them dry properly—like any brush head, they can get moldy if they stay wet too long. Overall, they’re a bit pricey, but the quality and performance are worth it. Just be sure to pick the one that fits your needs best!

I have sensitive teeth and using the iO brushes clean my teeth thoroughly without putting pressure on my teeth to get the plaque off. The brush heads also are durable and will last a few months if you brush your teeth twice per day.
