Firestone Destination LE3 - 275/55R20 113H Tire

Only driven on these tires for 300 miles or so. But since Ive had them it has just been a smooth comfortable ride. I love the peace and quiet.

Nice quiet tire for the Honda , gas mileage went down just a little. Had to be rebalanced but seem ok now

Got tires on a Saturday. Had to take it in to fix a puncture on Tuesday. 3.5"s of metal already stuck in my tire.

I love these tires. I can already tell the car rides smoother and they are supposed to last for 70,000.

Great tires

So I had a 6pm appt to get my new set of tires put on my truck, got there early at 5:45. There was a family waiting in the waiting area that said they had been there for 3 hours waiting on their car. Come to find out, Sams club only had ONE person working in the tire and battery area. This guy is answering phones, checking people out, taking the tires off, new tires on, balancing, etc. There was an issue with something with the other families tires that had to get worked out with a manager. This entire time, I’m waiting and there is no other tire technician working. The store closed and I’m still waiting for them to start my truck!! Needless to say, I’m highly upset. It’s been well over 2 hours now and nothing. Finally the guy gets to my truck and I’m the only one around. After waiting over 4 hours, he says my truck is done. The manager that waited on the other family and their isssue just said to me, “well, here’s your truck”. I think Sams club wasted my day and isn’t sorry about doing this to other people that come in. Get some more staff or give people that wait for almost 5 hours a gift card or something. It’s not my fault that you don’t have people to do the job that you promise to do.
