These are the best tires purchased for this or any of our cars. Being a mostly dry climate we wanted a tire to perform well in spring and summer yet still have traction in the winter. These Destination LE3's have all of the above. We're very happy with our purchase and the Store Manager, Drew, gave us excellent customer service.

These are the best tires I have owned and I could not recommend them any more highly. I have a 2014 Subaru Forester that is about 50/50 city/highway driving. It rarely is on gravel and never off-road and never at the track (or driven like it is at the track.) Nearly all the miles are on dry pavement with occasional rain and very rare snow. All of the previous tires we have had on the Forester were much noisier - including Champion Fuel Fighter and FS All Season. We noticed how much less noise there was on the highway immediately. At 75-80 mph, there used to be so much noise that it wasn't comfortable to carry on a conversation - now it is fine. We have 15,000 miles on this set and it looks like they are going to wear *much* better than the previous tires - we still have over 8/32nds tread (starting at 10/32nds) meaning we are only a quarter of the way to 2/32nds (when they have to be replaced.) When I was shopping, the Destination LE3 kept coming up on the short lists (5-8 brands/offerings - LE3 being the only FS entry in the list) of the best tires for my car. Most of the others were quite a bit more expensive. The LE3s are the most expensive that FS offers for my car, but that is still only 50% more than Firestone's least expensive (and with how well they are wearing, they may actually cost less per mile to own.) I'm very happy and confident with their performance. I have a lifetime alignment at FS and I've felt that FS has been generous with prorating remaining mileage on the old tires when I get a new set. So 5 stars across the board and I could not be happier with these tires.

We use our vehicle mostly to take long road-trips in. The previous tires had almost 50,000. Miles on them at replacement time. We take at least 2 road tips a year that are around 2500-3000 miles round trip. With my previous general tires that came on the vehicle I would get a solid 22 mpg. With The new firestones I get 21.8. I also notice on our first trip with the tires a slight vibration at around 79-84 miles per hour. I usually never drive this fast and I would only notice the vibration on the road-trip- in places that we could not avoid the higher speeds. I have an appointment for an oil change in a few days and have requested for my new tires that only have right at 5000 miles to be re balanced. Other than those two issues the tires are fine. We have driven through a lot of very hard rain and the tires did fine. I just hope we can get the shimmy or vibration issue resolved. The vibration is not bad. Just a slight vibration. I we didn't take road-trips I prob wouldn't notice it. But. This should not be happening. Thank you Jay B.

The OEM tires (Firestone LE2) on my Ridgeline were at just below 4/32" and we were taking a 1,000 mile trip; I always change tires when the tread depth hits that measurement, so I stopped in at the Firestone company store in Dover Delaware. I am very particular about who mounts and balances tires on my vehicle, having seen the effects of improper tools and techniques. I was greeted by TJ who quickly and professionally put together a quote. I scheduled an appointment for three days from then and left. On the way back from Philly the day of the appointment there was a serious accident and a 45 minute delay. I called TJ to say I would not be able to make the appointment time and to reschedule; he asked me when I would be there and then said "we will get the tires installed,see you then!" Sure enough, I got there, dropped the truck off, went and had lunch, and then came back earlier than the 1 1/2 hours I assumed it would take--there was my truck with 4 new tires! We were able to get on our way in time! The LE3 tires are quieter than the LE2 tires they replaced, handle great in the dry and wet, and are quiet. Went in to fix a flat and was told that I had to replace all 4 tires because the flat couldn't be fixed and they couldn't put a different tire on my car than the others. I asked for a less expensive tire but they only had 3 in stock. It was 5pm and they were closing at 7pm. I spent $1100 to fix a flat. STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE IN DANVERS MASS IF YOU'RE A WOMAN ALONE.

My previous tires were destination. July 31st 2023 purchased a set of destination tires, but a week later found out they were 14 months old. I thought I was getting NEW tires. Firestone no longer makes this model tire. Firestone employee did not tell me the tires were going to be this old. I have been Firestone customer for 10 years,I feel that I have been taken advantage of.

OEM tires were another brand and decided to replace with trusted Firestone Destination replacements at 40,000 miles. Even though we have only 1,000 miles+ on the new set, we're very pleased with the Firestones. This is the 5th set of Destination's I've bought over time with my wife's Jeep Liberty included. Quiet ride and improved mileage are the reason I'm pleased with our Destination 3 replacement tires.

I spent a while looking at different tires before deciding these were the ones for my Explorer. I liked the tread pattern, the longer milage wear and price! As soon as I got in the road with the new tires I could tell a difference with the new tires. Nice smooth ride, no noise and great traction when it rains. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these tires!

Traction on these tires for the type of truck I have is not good if the roads are dry they are fine but if they are even a little wet the rear end will slide I did not buy them they came on the truck when I got it but I do not recommend if you have a V-8

I just put these on my vehicle this fall. I've liked them on dry and wet pavement. For the past couple of days I've had to drive in very icy conditions and felt very confident while using appropriate caution with these tires. No slipping on the ice and was able to pull out on an incline from a full stop without slipping. Very pleased so far.
