Tires look great, but are expensive. 285/60/20 XT are very durable but quite noisy on the road. Also from Street Tires to A/T's, when on the highway you can feel a lot of the Rumble. If you don't need AT's, this brand with street threads are probably the smoothest most durable choice

My truck came with Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires. I had a sidewall blowout after 25k miles. I recently bought Firestone Destination X/T replacements. Immediately I noticed a difference. They are very smooth, quiet tires. In about a week, I've put 700 miles on them and I've got nothing but good things to say about them. I haven't gone off road yet or driven in rain, but these are great tires

Terrible ride and noisy. Took back to have auto select Analyze them, they told us it was our U joints and drive shaft . Had 3 different shops and diesel mechanics look at truck. Replaced U joints, had drive shaft balanced, still same ride and noise in truck. Had truck analyzed again and all comes back to the tires after everything else has been fixed. Will not go back to auto select and will not buy another Firestone tire. Had issues in the past with Firestone tires, but was told they were so much better, shame on us for believing them.

After I drove 15k on these tires, they were completely worn out, I didn't even expect that this could happen, yes, sometimes they helped on off-road, yes, they could dig out, but 15k and completely naked, THIS IS SOME KIND OF HORROR, I don't recommend it

Had the tire in my durango for about 2 years now still have plenty of tread life. Couldn't be happier with my purchase they been thought all the weather and performed perfect in all conditions with proper care of tires and vehicle these tire will go farther then 50k miles when these either wear out or dry rot I will be buying another set of 5 from my suv

I have two sets of the Destination X/T tires. One on a single cab Tacoma and one set on a Chevy Silverado 2500. Overall great tires. I wish they were available in a standard ply for smaller truck. They do ride stiff on my Tacoma. I do notice a bit more road noise on my heavier truck. Better off pavement traction than the destination AT tires I've used in the past.

I want to say how disappointed I was to find out how loud these tires are. I read the reviews and they said they were quiet. They are not quiet! I had BF KO2 tires before and they are quiet. I cheeped out and went for the XLTs what a mistake. I have to live with these for 2 years. You get what you pay for.

I have a 2018 Chevy 2500 HD 4WD PU with the Duramax engine. Use this vehicle to pull our 5th wheel trailer (about 13,000 pounds) and our boat (about 1,500 pounds). Use the truck for on-road and off-road travel. 40,000 miles on tires, of that 12,500 were pulling our 5th wheel. Rotate about every 5,000 miles, have had the tires rebalanced twice and the front end realigned once since bought the tires. At 40,000 I am replacing them, 3/32 of tread on two tires and 5/32 on other two, likely due to the more worn tires being on rear when pulling trailer more often. Live in a mountain valley at high elevation so 3-Peak rating was important at initial purchase. Tires have worn evenly. While not as quite as a highway tire, for an "aggressive" all terrain tire they are quiet and provide a comfortable ride. Noise has increased some as tires have become more worn. Traction in all situations I have been in, (dry, wet, snow, ice, mud, gravel/rock) has been everything I expected. While I wish we had gotten closer to the 50K warranty tread life, I am satisfied enough with the tread life we got given how we use this vehicle that I am buying another set. Just wanted to say Firestone crew did an awesome job In a short time frame. While waiting for my vehicle they had some upset customers that don't understand the process of how the work is done. But the staff handled it great and that make me want to come back for future purchases. I very recently drove from Texas to Maine with my 2006 Chevy Silverado WT. Extended cab, long bed, 5300 lbs, and a new set of Firestone Destination X/T tires. I was a little concerned before leaving. The tread is pretty aggressive and I wasn't sure how well it would do at interstate highway speeds and hurricane torrential rain coming through the southeast. The tires were great at highway speed and a number of slower passage muddy, heavy run off water detours. They also navigated some heavy road construction with rough lanes and uneven surfaces. They did have a slight hum at speed, but the ride quality was surprisingly good. They looked like new after the first 2,200+ miles.
