Perfect medium firmness with the pillow top adding a little extra cushion. I have been using this for 2 weeks now and have had no issues sleeping on my back, side or stomach. I love that it is compatible with an adjustable base as we will be getting that in the future. The only reason I would give it less than 5 stars would be because the price point is pretty high with it being Stearns and Fosters cheapest line but it is definitely worth it! *I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest review*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was difficult to find a mattress that was supportive while still being soft and comfortable, but we finally found it with this mattress! Many of the mattresses we tried either seemed like they'd sag in the middle eventually or felt hard as a rock. This mattress had the balance we were looking for as side sleepers. As with any mattress, expect it to be a little on the firmer side until it's broken in. Ours has been steadily softening towards how it felt when we tested it in the store.

DO NOT SHOP AT BEST MATTRESS. This place will take your money!! I went with a mattress here and in total spent almost 5K. I was told that if I didn't like my mattress, I could exchange it within 30 days. The mattress arrived and immediately I noticed it felt COMPLETELY different and stiffer from the one I tried. I bought the matching protector with it, but after a couple weeks I was too uncomfortable and decided to exchange it with a similar mattress. The deliverers came to pick it up but they would not take it due to it being "stained." This was supposedly a new mattress paired with a quality mattress protector that I have only had for a couple weeks!! They came to the apartment without a new mattress, had dirty shoes without foot covers on, and dirty gloves. They came in without a purpose to deliver a new mattress. They refused to do the exchange that they promised me due to the stain that I have never seen. I am stuck with this mattress that was 1- sold to me already used or 2- stepped on by the delivery drivers. I have been treated HORRIBLY by customer service when I paid good money for this mattress. This company is only out to get your money and will not help you.

It's so unbelievably comfortable. I was really needing a new mattress and this opportunity couldn't have come at a better time I would recommend the sterns and Foster brand to all my friends they really know what there doing. It's a high quality mattress beautifully made! Soft sturdy material

This is the first time he is sleeping through the night and waking with zero pain. I didn't believe it was possible. It's not as soft as I personally like but I sleep very well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past couple years, I've used several other mattresses that haven't given me any support for my body, therefore my quality of sleep has been terrible, needless to say. When I was given the Stearns & Foster Studio Medium Pillowtop Queen Mattress for free, in exchange for my honest review, I was pleased to do so. The mattress was firm but not so much that I couldn't feel the softness of the tufts. I must say I slept very well the first night and noticed a difference in my sleep immediately. I like how thick the mattress is and it works well with the current queen boxspring I already owned. My only complaint is how deep the tufts are in the top of the mattress. I can feel them in certain areas on my body more than others when I lay on the mattress. Overall, I would recommend this product to others and am over-the-top pleased with the mattress.

I am 80 years old and changed from my other mattress because I wanted one that was more cushiony and a little less firm. This mattress is excellent, actually providing firm support as well as a comfortable cushion feel. I can sleep in any position in complete comfort and good support. I got the medium pillow top Studio with a 9" box spring underneath. It has greatly relieved all my various aches and pains, and is perfect for me. It is a bit pricey but well. worth the expense at my age

There must be some magic sprinkled on it because I have slept through the night since day 1. My sleep is usually interrupted for one reason or another but with this mattress I am so comfortable I sleep better. My body feels cuddled and secure. Once you've experienced this quality you'll never turn back.

This mattress is very comfortable. We had tried a Temperpedic mattress but was unhappy with it to due excessive heat from the memory foam. Also the edges did not supply the necessary support we were used to. The Stearns and Foster mattress provides the edge support we love and adjusts comfortably on our adjustable bed base. The mattress gives great support for us as older adults. We also find this mattress to craddle us but not hold excessive amounts of heat which provides for a better night rest.

It gives me best sleep with no complaints. It's a thicker mattress. It feels that it contours your body giving required support to the sides you choose to sleep. It is firm enough to help my back but still has good cushioning. This is exactly want I want in my bedroom. I feel very relaxing and super comfortable sleeping on this mattress. The material is too good and the quality is amazing. Top portion of this mattress is well made with attractive design on it. Felt rested and super refreshed after waking up. Quality is excellent too. I would definitely recommend this.
