Ive had the rower a week and so far so good. Set up was easy. Okay, so I didnt put it together but I didnt hear any complaints from my son in law who did. I used my iPad to sync to iFit without any problems. There is a large sticker over the console saying you have to call iFit to sync. If you already have an IFit account you can ignore this and select pair device on your tablet, press the blue button on the rower et voila, you are connected. Its easy to fold up which is great if, like me you are rowing in a small room. A little cumbersome to move but not too bad. Im a new rower so dont know enough to comment on how good of a machine it is comparatively but it moves smooth, is quiet, and offers me suitable resistance.

Good price and quiet machine but as an out of shape 30 year old I started out at the highest resistance it offered and wished there was more. Im 6’ and the rower/strap is very low and I feel it affects my form during rows. Overall regret the purchase for myself personally. Poor placement of electrical cord as my cord bent when moving machine and now it’s also unusable. I would have returned if I had the means to transport it.

Shipped fast. Rec'd within 2 days of ordering. The rower is well built and a great workout for the whole body. Got it on sale so it was a steal of a deal!! Already had an iFIT membership from another machine. Love the iFIT program. Tons of options for rowers, bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, strength training, yoga, meditation... tons of videos.

This row machine works great it's quiet and quick to assemble. I did not sign up with i fit I use the programmed interval training and it works great!! One week I feel better and can see the difference.

Good quality almost all assembled used it 2 weeks all good but when I folded up the adapter hit the floor it broke called proform they replaced it fast I unplugged it before I fold it up

I love the rower! Easy to assemble and move to desired locations. It’s nice and smooth to the use and not too loud. The iFit coaching app is great! It really pushes you to do better every time.

Love this machine. Works well, very sturdy and the seat is comfortable for me. I use the manual workouts and place my phone on the console to hear music or watch a video while I row. I'd definitely recommend.

Great machine for the money. I am 6'3 240 and it is very sturdy and smooth. I have been using it with iFit and really enjoying my workouts. Easy setup and tucks away nicely in the corner when you are done. No complaints so far.
