Used to be a great shampoo but now too watered dow

I have used this product for many years but the most recent bottle I bought from Sam's Club seems very watered down and does not lather well. Will seek alternative!

What you've described is not something we would expect and I'm sharing your experience with our Quality Assurance Team. This may be because the product has been exposed to very hot or cold temperatures. Products consistency can change, becoming thinker or thinner than usual, when exposed to extreme temperatures – heat or cold. The product should return to its regular consistency when in returns to a normal room temperature.

Best shampoo for my hair. Period.

I have straight hair. This shampoo is the best to keep volume and soft hair. No other shampoo works this well. Have I tried every shampoo on the market. No! But i am committed to this brand for the great hair it gives me. Soft and full of volume. FYI I don't have dandruff but use it anyways.
