As you probably know, both our shampoos and conditioners have various levels of moisturization in them. Assuming you are using the recommended amount of product and rinse well, this version may be more moisture than is needed for the texture or condition of your hair. If you haven’t already, you could try using a little less to see if that helps you use the remainder of the product you have there. Also, if you normally use both a shampoo and conditioner, you could try using just the shampoo and only use conditioner every other or every third washing. This may be because the product has been exposed to very hot or cold temperatures. Products consistency can change, becoming thicker or thinner than usual, when exposed to extreme temperatures – heat or cold. The product should return to its regular consistency when it returns to a normal room temperature.
