What you've described is not something we would expect and I'm sharing your experience with our Quality Assurance Team. This may be because the product has been exposed to very hot or cold temperatures. Products consistency can change, becoming thinker or thinner than usual, when exposed to extreme temperatures – heat or cold. The product should return to its regular consistency when in returns to a normal room temperature.
